Angus Power contracted with Woodbine Entertainment Group to perform full technology and business analysis for a 40,000 tonne anaerobic digester.

A conceptual design of a multi-substrate digester was completed, following evaluation of manure, kitchen waste, brewery waste grain, and wastewater treatment using DAF (dissolved air flotation) process.

Wet and dry technology options were evaluated, and recommendations provided to the client. We are currently responsible for substrate gas production and process optimization. In addition, we are responsible for participating in meetings with the Ministry of Environment to implement permitting process. Angus Power is proposing a full EPC (Engineer Procure Construct) contract for this nominally 2 MW plant.
